Terms and conditions

RESERVATION

Reservation will not be confirmed till Seremroom has received the amount of the 50% of the total for the stay or 25% in the case that the reservation has been made 1 month in advance. The rest should be paid at least 15 days before the time of arrival. You will need to receive confirmation by Seremroom through the e-mail.

PAYMENT

The rest of the 50% will be paid IN CASH upon arrival to the apartment

GUARANTEE

A guarantee of 200€ needs to be paid IN CASH upon arrival to the apartment and will be given back in full during departure, after checking there are no faults.

CANCELLATION

There is a cancellation cost, depending on the proximity to the arrival date.

If the client cancels a reservation prepaid with the 50% of the total, the cost of cancellation in 30% of the whole amount. If the cancellation date, in writing form, exceeds 30 days upon arrival.

Less than 30 days upon arrival: 100% of the total amount.

If the client cancels a prepaid reservation of the 25% of the total amount, this will not be given back.

If the client changes the dates of reservation, this is regarded as a new reservation and cancelling policy will be applied.

ARRIVAL

The hour of entry in the apartment is 14:00 hours of the arrival date. If you need to arrive before that time, please let us know and we will do the best to accomodate you. Please, note that late arrivals after 9 p.m have an additional fee of 20 euros.

DEPARTURE

If the client and Seremroom haven´t agreed to other terms, the departure must be made before 12 p.m. of the arranged date. If you need to departure later, please, let us know and we will do our best to accomodate you.

Our times for check-out are from 9h to 12h a.m. For departure before 9 a.m. an additional charge of 20€ applies.

The apartments will be cleaned before your arrival. On your departure we expect that the apartment remains in a reasonably cleaned state. If the apartment is very dirty on your departure we will have the right to deduct part of the guarantee to cover the additional cleaning expenses.

NUMBER OF CLIENTS

The client will inform Seremroom about the number of persons for the reservation of the apartment. Only the number of persons established by the document of reservation have the right to occupy the apartment. In any case will be superior except with children younger than 2 years old. Pets are only allowed with special confirmation from Seremroom and it will be written in the document.
